Duke vs Carolina

Duke versus North Carolina brings back many memories for many fans and if everything works out then Number one Duke will play number two North Carolina. Everyone is probably thinking what am I talking about, is he crazy or something. This is just one of the marquee match ups this weekend in Women’s College basketball. The rivalry that has spilled over many times on the men’s side has now transferred to the women’s side of the game.

Lindsay Harding didn’t play last year in this big rivalry and Duke lost three times to the Tar heels. She will be there this time around and is hoping for a different outcome as she will try to keep the Blue devils running in high gear. Ivory Latta is the tar heels point guard who will try to get the Tar heels rolling early and often. These two guards are some of the best in the country you will see.

This should be a great game to watch as number one battles number two. No matter who wins the game it’s a win-win situation for Women’s college basketball and there’s nothing wrong with that. The game is scheduled to be shown on ESPN 2 at 7pm.
